This high protein Greek yogurt bark is the ultimate no-bake frozen treat that’s creamy, crunchy, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein. Made with Greek yogurt, protein powder, and customizable toppings like berries, granola, or dark chocolate, it’s perfect for meal prep, post-workout snacking, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla or plain protein powder

  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup diced strawberries

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup granola

  • Optional: melted dark chocolate, almond slices, pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Prepare your tray
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

  • Mix the base
    In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (or honey). Mix well until smooth and creamy.

  • Spread the mixture

  • Add toppings

  • Freeze
    Transfer the tray to the freezer and let it chill for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until completely solid.

  • Break into pieces
